FC DuraPro™ Mill Liner Products
FC DuraPro™ liners are made of pearlitic chrome-molybdenum steels produced to ASM international specifications and offer good abrasion resistance and the best impact toughness. Typical applications include high impact environments such as SAG, rod, and ball mill shell liners, feed end liners, discharge end liners, lifter bars, grates, filler rings, filler blocks, pulp lifters and dischargers.
FC ProLiner™ Mill Liner Products
FC ProLiner™ liners are produced to ASTM international specifications and offer good corrosion resistance and excellent abrasion resistance while offering medium impact toughness. Typical applications include high sliding abrasion environments such as autogenous, rod, and ball mill shell liners, feed end liners, discharge end liners, lifter bars, grates, filler rings, filler blocks, pulp lifters, and dischargers.
FC WearPro™ Mill Liners
FC WearPro™ mill liners are made of martensitic tool steels produced to ASTM international specifications and offer good corrosion and abrasion resistance, while maintaining good impact toughness. Typical applications include SAG feed and discharge end liners and chute liners. This alloy can be substituted for Chrome Molybdenum steel in certain SAG applications to increase component wear life.
